General provisions
§ 1
These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") set out the rules
making purchases of goods in the online store

Order - Customer's declaration of will, specifying the goods

Price of the Goods
§ 14
The prices of goods available in the store are given in Polish zlotys,
euros, US dollars, British pounds.
§ 15
All goods presented in the store are brand new,
original, free from physical and legal defects and legally
placed on the market in the Republic of Poland.
Placing Orders and Deadline
§ 16
The goods presented on the Store's website do not constitute an offer
Sellers within the meaning of art. 66 of the Civil Code.
§ 17
The customer may place orders 24 hours a day by

§ 20
The ordering procedure ends at the time of selection

Payment and Shipping Forms
§ 25

§ 27

If the package has damage at the time of delivery, the customer has
the right to make a protocol of damage in the presence of the courier and
refusal to pick up the parcel.
Returns and Exchange
§ 29
The customer has 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason in
condition in which he received the ordered goods.

The cost of sending back the goods is covered by the customer.
§ 31
The full refund of the purchased goods will be refunded

In the case of an exchange of goods, the total cost of the shipment is covered

Complaints
§ 33
The conditions of complaints are regulated by the Act of 27 July 2002 on
specific terms of consumer sales and changes

Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date
receiving the parcel. If the complaint is recognized then Goods
will be repaired or replaced, and if it is already

§ 35
The customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date
release of the Goods provided that the Store is notified of the defect
within 2 months from finding non-compliance of the Goods with
agreement.
§ 36
When submitting a complaint, you must provide the Seller with a complaint
Goods together with proof of purchase and description of the complaint. § 37

§ 38
The Seller will respond to the Customer's request promptly, no
later than within 14 days.
§ 39
The cost incurred by the Customer related to the return of the Goods

Right of withdrawal from the contract

The customer who is a consumer has the right, without giving a reason,
withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days in which the Customer

§ 42
The customer may use the model withdrawal form,
available on the Website.
§ 43
To comply with this deadline, it is enough to send a statement about
withdrawal from the contract before its expiry.
§ 44
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered to be
not included, and the customer is released from any obligations. That's what
the parties testified, returns in an unaltered state, unless
that the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.
The condition is to send back the undamaged goods,
