The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods for its return without giving a reason. The returned product should be in the same condition and packaging as it was delivered to the customer.

Return of the Transaction

Complaints and Guarantees

The conditions of the complaint are regulated by the Act of 27 July 2002 on special terms of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176, as amended). Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the complaint is recognized, the product will be repaired or replaced with another product, and if it is no longer possible (for example due to stock shortages), the customer has the right to demand a corresponding reduction in the price of the purchased goods or to withdraw from the contract. The costs related to returning the product complained immediately after considering the complaint will also be returned.

The customer has the right to lodge a complaint within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods provided that the Store has been notified of the defect within 2 months from finding the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
